Terms of Use
Effective September 2026
Biz2Pilot ("CFO", "the app") is a financial-control system for project accounting, budgeting and approvals, operated on a workspace basis: each company's data lives in its own isolated workspace. A new workspace is created self-serve by signing in with Google — the person who creates it becomes its administrator. Every other user of that workspace is added by an administrator; there is no way to join an existing workspace without being invited into it.
Acceptable use
Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Users may only enter, view or act on data for the projects and workspace they are authorized to access, and must not attempt to bypass the app's role-based approval controls.
Advisory, not final authority
The app's AI advisor produces recommendations and risk flags to support decisions. It does not replace the human approvals defined in a workspace's authority matrix, and a missing or unclear rule is always escalated to a person rather than auto-approved.
Data accuracy
The figures shown depend on what is entered or uploaded into the app. HexaTech eSecurity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. does not warrant that any report is free of input error, and users remain responsible for verifying financial data before acting on it.
Subscriptions and billing
A workspace is placed on a plan by the operator. The plan, its price, its trial length and its limits (users, projects, AI requests per month) are shown to the workspace administrator under Billing before any charge. A workspace can use a trial once. Paid periods are invoiced in advance with a GST tax invoice, which the administrator can view and print under Billing.
An unpaid invoice first enters a grace period with full access, then the workspace becomes read-only, and after that it is suspended. At every stage sign-in, billing and data export stay available, so a company can always take its data out. Paying the outstanding invoice restores access.
An administrator can cancel at any time under Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
