Privacy Policy

Biz2Pilot ("CFO", "the app") is a financial-control system for project budgeting, execution and approvals, built and operated by HexaTech eSecurity Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. Each company that uses it — including HexaTech eSecurity Solutions Pvt. Ltd.'s own EPC / CCTV / ELV contracting business, and any other workspace created self-serve by signing in with Google — has its own isolated workspace. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is handled, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
Account details for logged-in users (name, email, role), and the business records users of the app enter or upload for their company — budgets, purchases, revenues, bank statements, project documents and related financial data. We do not sell this data or share it with advertisers.
Why we collect it
To operate the budgeting, reconciliation, reporting and AI advisory features the app provides, to keep an audit trail of financial decisions, and to secure accounts (session tokens, login history).
Cookies and analytics
Where enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement service that sets no cookies. It runs only on the public marketing pages; no other analytics runs. The app itself sets only the essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in.
Third parties
Data is processed by our infrastructure providers (hosting, database) strictly to run the app, and, where a workspace enables it, by the Gemini API to power the AI advisor on that workspace's own data. No provider is used to build advertising profiles.
Your rights
You may ask your administrator for a copy of, or the correction or deletion of, personal data associated with your account, subject to the records-retention requirements of a financial-control system.
